Ricky Gervais, Tracy Morgan and Bill Maher will be the headliners of the 2009 New York Comedy Festival, which will run from Nov. 4 through 8 and feature more than 150 comedians, its organizers said. Mr. Gervais, a star of the comedies The Office and Extras, will perform a show at Carnegie Hall; a date for that show has not been announced.
